After 25 years in operational excellence, including seven within a Big Four, Arnaud Willems joined Ease for a new challenge and the launch of Optim’Ease. It aims to combine the agility of a small structure with acquired expertise, thus improving business performance.

Backed by Ease, a company established 10 years ago in Luxembourg and with 40 employees, Optim’Ease started its activities on February 1. Three former colleagues are accompanying Arnaud in this adventure, to which have already been added three other collaborators, also from big names in consulting.

" Our wish is to be able to combine the agility of a small entity while taking advantage of the rigor and expertise acquired through Big Four type environments." Arnaud Willems, managing director, Optim’Ease

Arnaud continues: “Our mission will be to improve the operational excellence of your activities, allowing you to thrive in an increasingly competitive environment. Whether working on efficiency, customer service level or risk level, we offer you unique solutions that will produce tangible and measurable results. To do this, we will work on your organization, on your processes, as well as on the technological aspect, in full collaboration with your teams. Well aware of the need for technological support, Optim’Ease has approached three partners active in data analytics, digital procurement, and ERP implementation.

In charge of a change management course for 10 years in a French EM, I am convinced of the need to integrate this into your projects if we wish to achieve the objectives together.”
